At the entrance to Southern Dunes is a 24 hour Walmart Superstore, Bank, Petrol Station, Medical Facilities and Restaurants too numerous to mention here. All just minutes away from famous Central Florida attractions. |

Sleeping

Our villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total:1 Queen size double with en-suite, 1 double on ground floor, 2 twins and a Queen size sofa-bed, providing room for up to 10 people. We recommend 8 but the sofa bed does provide additional sleeping space if required. A cot and high chair can be rented for a small charge.

Our villa has 3 bathrooms for your use. Air conditioning keeps you cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. For your security an integrated security system is provided for your use. Not only does this act as an intruder alarm, but it can be set to warn you of entries to the pool area from the villa. Great if you want to know where the kids are.

The
villa has televisions/cable, Sony Playstation/ dvd player, CD player/cassette/radio.
If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming
calls and free local outgoing calls.

Eating
& Living
|
To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and blender. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. There is a hair dryer. We also provide cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc. Towels and bed linen are provided, but not bathing towels.

Outside

The villa is in a very quiet area. To the rear there is an enclosed patio area and screened swimming pool enlcosed with KID PROOF safety fencing. Beyond there's a lawned garden that leads on to Fairway 16. To the front there is a private drive and lawns.

We supply everything our family could need in our second home, so we believe you and your family will have all they need. One guest bedroom is located on the ground floor so access for those with mobility problems is no problem.

| A
lock box is located near the front door. You will be given a 4 digit
key code before you arrive. Enter this code at the lock box and use
the key inside to unlock the front door, then replace the key back
in the lock box. Additional villa keys can then be found inside the
villa. On your departure please leave the villa keys inside and use
the key in the lock box to lock the villa, remembering to return the
key to the lock box. Your home will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and you will be required to vacate by 10am on the day of departure. |
